# Filebeat not able to send all logs

Have you tried increasing the value of `close_timeout` as described [here](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/closing-because-close-inactive-of-5m0s-reached/114136/3).

Have you tried by disabling `queue.mem` and see if that helped?
