# Filebeat services fail to start on Windows after an upgrade 8.17.0

Has anyone encountered an issue with starting the filebeat after upgrading? When installing a previous version (8.16.1) it works without issues. I'm get this error:  
Service 'Filebeat-PowershellTranscript-Prod (Filebeat-PowershellTranscript-Prod)' cannot be started due to the following error: Cannot open 'Filebeat-PowershellTranscript-Prod' service on computer '.'.
