# Filebeat threshold set

Thanks in advance,  
Is there any possibility to implement the below requirement.

We are using filebeat agent to forward data to logstash.

To avoid log burst, is there a way to set a threshold limit on the amount of log uploaded by a filebeat agent?  
When the threshold hits the filebeat would skip uploading log untill the next window and alert us.
