# Filebeat unable to access logs of super user file

Hello ,

I am new to ELK Stack. I wants to access the access logs file and the file is super user.  
how to access the super user file with filebeat.

The filebeat service runs as root so there shouldn't be a problem reading files. Can you please provide more information (FB version, OS, how you are running FB, logs, owner/gid/mode of file that it cannot read).
