# Filter on specific index on a dashboard with multiple indices and Visual Builder visualisations

Hi,

I have a dashboard which contains visualisations of two different indices. Now, I would like to apply a filter to the visualisations of only one of the indices. I have already enabled `courier:ignoreFilterIfFieldNotInIndex` in Advanced Settings but it does not work for the visualisations created with Visual Builder.  
Is there a workaround for this or is it not possible to filter on just one of the indices using Visual Builder?

@chp Visual Builder internally doesn't use `courier` so that setting isn't going to apply to it, I'd recommend opening up a [GitHub Issue](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/new) to address this limitation.
