# Finding distance between Geo Points

Hello,  
I would like to find distance between two geo points(lat,lon)

I have tried to find distance using script\_fields but getting this [error](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/geo-distance-calculation-using-script-fields-in-v5-0-1-reason-unable-to-find-dynamic-method-distanceinkm/69028)

Is there any good way to find out the distance between two points except geo sort and filter queries. ?
