# Fleet can't enroll

i tried to enroll elastic-agent but it has an error "remote server is not ready to accept connections" here's my config

`.\elastic-agent.exe install --url=https://urlelastic:8220 --enrollment-token=<token> --insecure`

when i nmap the url and port 8220 the service is unknown

how to fix this? help

fyi i stop my firewall

We have a troubleshooting page for stuff like that. Have you tried [Troubleshoot common problems | Fleet and Elastic Agent Guide [8.3] | Elastic](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/fleet/current/fleet-troubleshooting.html#secondary-agent-not-connecting) for starters?
