Searching on policy names like

> ingest-agent-policies.name : _name_

seems to be case sensitive, that finds nothing, but

> ingest-agent-policies.name : _NAME_

Finds the policies. Searching in fleet seems clumsy, it seems \*'s are always needed, policy searches are case sensitive, agent (host) searches aren't.
