Hi

I am trying to set up APM using Fleet on an on-prem EC2 instance

After much back and forth, I got the agent installed and it's running on an unsecured endpoint

I want to move it to a secure endpoint and have added SSL information and saved the updated APM configuration - but it's not updating to the new config

I checked status of Fleet and it seems to be offline... so is that why it's not updating?

If I run elastic-agent status - it shows that the fleet server is online... how do I restart it?

```auto
* fleet-server (HEALTHY)
                    Healthy: communicating with pid '902'
```
