# From which version will "Workplace Search settings" for FSCrawler not be needed?

This FSCrawler [page](https://fscrawler.readthedocs.io/en/latest/admin/fs/wpsearch.html#workplace-search-settings) includes "Note - Although this won’t be needed in the future, . . . ."

Sorry if it's unclear.

The **Elasticsearch** settings won't be needed in the future when using the workplace search output.

Not the workplace search settings.
