Hi,

I am using Elastic Stack in AWS. I would like to have custom metrics to retrieve what I can have when doing `ethtool -S`. The objective being able to retrieve metrics that Cloudwatch Agent can natively retrieve documented [here](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudWatch/latest/monitoring/CloudWatch-Agent-network-performance.html).

Metrics are currently collected using Elastic Agent with System integration. Even though the System integration collects network data, it doesn't seem to collect more advanced metrics than net I/O.

Thanks.
