# GeoIP not working

I have a problem with GeoIP, when I try to import a visualization that uses it, it show me this error :
```
Could not locate that index-pattern-field (id: geoip.country_code3.raw)
```
Any idea?

What version of Elastic Stack are you using? Can you show exact screenshot what you are seeing and also check the logs. It would be good if you see the field\_mapping as well.
