# GeoSpatial Data for Maps

Hi,  
I have a flat file that has country and region. With this as a start point, how do I convert this data to geospatial fields for maps?  
When I use the current index pattern created from this file to create a map, it says no geospatial fields available for this index pattern.

What are you using as your country code?
