_When trying to run Elasticsearch on OSX 10.9 and 10.8.5 I receive the following timeout errors. I looked at which ports are in use and 9300 is not used. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Hey, why are there two different IP addresses in your log? 192.168.0.182 and 192.168.0.197? Do those try to communicate somehow and cant? Apart from that the startup of your node looks ok. Thanks Alex, I didn't even noticed the two IP addresses. The issues was that I was running VirtualBox on my Mac with a Bridged Adapter so I had two IP Addresses.
