# Getting error - Error: Object type "" is not registered in case of uptime duration anomaly alert rule

I've created an uptime duration anomaly rule for a monitor. But after reopening the alert rule window I get an error (screenshot attached). Even, I'm not able to receive any alert whenever there's an anomaly. Please guide me.

Hi @Mehakdeep_singh, thanks for taking the time to share that with us.

This error message seems related to the connector associated with this uptime duration anomaly rule. What is the used connector type? Could you please check if the connector is created/configured correctly?

You can find it under the **Actions** section where you can create/edit the rule. [Please see the screenshot].
