# Giving exact match more weight than stemmed match

There are already questions asked on this which are either unanswered or the reply is 3 years old I want to know if ES has something now to solve this without having to index the content twice which I am missing.
It is a common feature to have in long text documents. For this feature I do not want to have the cost of storing same content indexed with and without stemming.
There will be a lot of words which don't get stemmed and they are double indexed for no reason.
