# GrokProcessor unescaped character

Hi,

Recently my elasticsearch logs are full of these.

```auto
[WARN][o.e.i.c.GrokProcessor] [node01] character class has '-' without escape

```

Running 8.8.0, I wouldn't know where to start looking for an unescaped '-'. Any ideas?
