# Gz rollover support in Filebeat

We have logback configuration with FixedWindowRollingPOlicy with rolls over the logs after every 500MB file size to a gz format. I have read several topics and didn't find how can I achieve this is filebeat if the file get rollover to a gz file it will still keep on reading it and possible to get junk characters?
