Hi,

Is there a way to use autodiscover from docker to create synthetic monitoring?

The problem is that for autodiscovery there is a need to read /var/run/docker.sock which only can be achieved running as root. In the other hand, synthetic monitoring scripts won't start if heartbeat is running as root.

I could not find answers to this in documentation.

Thanks
