Hello [@everyone](https://discuss.elastic.co/groups/everyone), I am trying to create heat map visualization which is not behaving as expected. - The time zone is set to **default**. When creating heat map it works till selected **timerange** is **Last 4 days**. If I select above it, I can't view data. But in inspect I can see I am receiving the response. Below is the snapshot of lens visualization. - When I change the time zone to my specific area from advance settings and check the visualization, it works. Mentioning that rest every condition was same. Below is the snapshot I tested in multiple Kibana version and found that : 1. Received above error in v 8.13.4 and v 8.14.0 2. Received correct chart in v8.13.0 and v8.14. 3 Kindly help in this. Thanks, ---

Sure @Marco_Liberati , I am using the default color mapping and value type. Below is the snapshot. ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/elastic/original/3X/a/d/ad60ac9d4c0e8544836edb51a8ad139da998edc7.png) I also used different palette but faced the same issue. ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/elastic/original/3X/0/2/02bb2096ca1f585b45b834f978b798f14a402127.png) If I am not wrong, the percentage value type will cover whole data depending on the amount received. So it should display some or the other color from the selected palette. Thanks, Fiza ---

@Marco_Liberati But the heat map is not working as increasing time range. The above issue still persists. Any idea why ? ---

In the initial post the issue cannot be reproduced in the latest 8.14.3. ---

But I am using v 8.13.4 others were for testing. Is this the version bug ? or some other issue? Thanks, Fiza ---

Unfortunately I haven't being able to pinpoint the exact bug fix in any version there, so I guess that a fix has been released in 8.14.3 as side effect of other work. ---
