# Hide a specific visualisation when a filter is introduced in dashboard

Hi,

Lets say I have added 2 visualisation in a dashboard.

1. line graph
2. data table

When i filter a value from data table, the line graph becomes empty. In this case,

How to hide line graph completely ?

Hi  
This is currently not possible, I think it would also not be obvious to a user when visualizations disappear from a dashboard why this is happening. And imagine you add an interval to your time picker, first fetch is containing data for a vis1, but not for vis2, next fetch would contain data for vis2 but not for vis1 ... would be confusing, wouldn't it be`
