I have a heatmap with max aggregation and a sub aggregation to show index name as I am using index pattern as input data. I want to hide the y-axis. Is there anyway to hide y-axis aggregation in heatmap. I am using KIbana 7.9

I am afraid it's not currently possible unless you use Vega, which is not trivial to use. You could also open a github [issue](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/new?assignees=&labels=&template=Feature_request.md) to make this issue visible for Kibana developers.
