Is there a way to highlight newly captured fields in Kibana? Also, I need to manually go and refresh all the fields for a index. Is there something which automatically refreshes fields for a index? ---

If you click on Settings, then Indices, then select the index you'd like to refresh, there is a "Refresh field list" button: ![](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/elastic/original/2X/6/62027dd245a3697b466db2e53267688e94c003e4.png) However, there isn't currently a way to highlight newly captured fields. ---
