# How are we charged for a enterprise license used in ECK?

Hi there,

I wanted to understand how I get charged for an ECK enterprise license. I have tried to contact the sales team through Contact Sales more than once but have not received a response. We have been using ECK on the basic plan but require an upgrade to the enterprise license for some required features. There isn't much information on how much the enterprise license costs for self-hosted ECK other than the information that it is priced according to the number of nodes, which isn't much to go on.

I found a similar issue at [Connect To Elastic Sales Team For licensing](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/connect-to-elastic-sales-team-for-licensing/362836), but it doesn't help us.

I appreciate any help you can provide.

Similar experience, we filled out the form on their website and got no response
