How can I create the 'downlodable json file' ?

Welcome to the community!
You can use the [Export objects API](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/saved-objects-api-export.html) to retrieve sets of saved objects that you want to import into Kibana. Each exported object is exported as a JSON record.
