How can I get the Y-Axis Value to align to it's middle line?
I want to centralize the value with the Y-Axis little vertical line mark.
There are only two possible values here.

Not possible at the moment, the tick marks are based on your window size. We do have an open, related issue on Github [https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/2856](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/2856)
