# How can i see full document in kibana?

Dear all,

Imagine that i have index pattern logs-\* and i need to see log pieces as full document in kibana.

How can i do it? Is the message field is container for the pieces of log?

not sure i understand your questions, but you can see your documents under DISCOVER app ... you can also save a search there and put it on a dashboard.
