I have an index in red state. It has some docs, so at some point it was in yellow or green..But if I run

GET/indexA/\_recovery

I get entries for shards 0 and 2, but shard 1 is not showing up at all, does it mean it was never able to allocate a primary for it? how come it has indexed data then?

This is ES 7.10

thanks!
