I have a synonyms file of around 600 MB. It stores the whole MesH Ontology in it. My query here is that, Is the synonym file part of the cluster metadata? If yes, Does it affect heap and GC collection time?

When I create the indices with the respective settings and mappings. It takes around 15 mins for the shards to initialize. Also at times I also face ProcessClusterTimeout.

Please assist with this. Thanks.
