I am setting up RUM on a APM server on ECE. Based on the [documentation](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/apm/guide/8.10/configuration-rum.html) , RUM needs to be enabled with this line
`apm-server.rum.enabled: true`

The problem is how do I add this line to the APM server? Unlike Elasticsearch and Kibana, there is no "user settings" link in the ECE admin UI to add additional settings.

Thank you
