# How to add warm nodes to an existing cluster

HI all：  
I have created the entire es cluster. There are currently three masters and three hot nodes. I want to add warm nodes to the existing eck cluster. What should I do?

Hello! You can just modify your existing Elasticsearch resource yaml manifest to include an additional `nodeSet`, with your warm nodes configuration.

Thank you for your reply. It should be the reason for my operation during the day. The warm node failed to be added. I tried it just now, no problem. Thank you
