# How to change logstash jdbc last run default timezone to local

I am using logstash to sync data between sql server and elasticsearch.  
how to change timezone from UTC to LOCAL.

when i run logstash .conf jdbc lastrun 'logstash-7.10.0/.logstash\_jdbc\_last\_run' getting update with UTC time zone. how to change this from UTC to LOCAL timezone.
