Hello,
This is not possible in Kibana 5.6. It's been added in 6.x and 7.x via the disabling of apps from the yml file(this will just hide them from the user in 6.x) and the new feature control in 7.2 which will disable them completely for the user.

Hello Marius,
I didnt get the difference bewteen "hide them from user in 6.x" and "feature control in 7.2 which will disable them completely for the user".

is it so that 6.x have to change config file and in 7.2 I can disable it from Kibana user interface anytime?

regards,
sunil.

Hello,
I tried to find the configuration in default kibana.yml, however I didnt find.
Where can I see this documentation about hiding feature using config file?

regards,
Sunil.
