# How to Find Elastic Search Engineers (Secret clearance)

What is the fastest way to find an elastic search engineer with a secret clearance with a C#, .Net background in development. Not sure why i'm having trouble finding this. The elasticsearch product is built, they just need to make it more robust in the C# .Net environment it's in. I look forward to any tips or help

Are you looking to employ someone? If so, where? What company? Your [akima.com](http://akima.com) domain doesn't seem to actually have a web page attached to it, so people can't really see who you are.  
What level of engineer are you looking for? What's your salary range? What does _"make it more robust in the C# .Net environment"_ mean exactly?
