Hi, Shard routing is delayed when index is created during re-balancing. Is there a way to solve this problem? If not, is index creation not possible until the entire shard is redistributed? ---

can you explain more what your problem is? You create an index and it turns your cluster red because it can not be allocated? How many rebalancing shards do you have at that point in time? can you also provide some diagnostic outputs like `_cat/shards` as well as `/_cluster/allocation/explain` if you are on 5.x. Also please provide which version you are running. ---
