# How to forwards logs from logstash to qradar over SSL/TLS?

We are planning to use logstash as a shipper to send logs to qradar. We are planning to get logstash logs as syslog to Qradar.  
How we can transfer the data securely? There is cipher plugin available in logstash to send encrypted logs but not sure how to use syslog plugin and cipher plugin together.
