# How to import a csv file into elasticsearch using logstash without filtering the fields?

Hello ,  
I want to load the csv file into elasticsearch using logstash without using filter , I mean without knowing all the fields, I want to load it all

yes , when I use it without indicating any columns' name but it doesn't work  
is there any solution

I think the ability to base parsing on the first line of the CSV file is covered in [this issue](https://github.com/elastic/logstash/issues/2088), but I am not sure what the status is.
