# How to index all "slow log" log?

Hi,
We have 3 data nodes and 1 node no-data with kibana. We would like to index all log from the 3 nodes to elasticsearch in order to monitor the search.
I understood that we have 1 log per node and I would not like to install 1 logstash per node.
Do you have an other solution ?
