# How to index ngnix log file?

Hi ,  
I have a 50MB log file from ngix which I want to index into Elasticsearch for better understanding about errors/warning or other information.  
Please tell me how to do this.

You can use filebeat to send the logs to elasticsearch.  
If you activate the nginx module, most of the configuration work will be done for you.

I never used Filebeat.  
But I will try now to install it in window locally and then I will try to do it.
