# How to index pdf in elastic search

I am a newbie in elastic search.  
I want to index pdf in elasticsearch using spark/scala.  
How can we index pdf whether creating rdd will help, or is their any other solution.  
Plz help....

Look at ingest-attachment plugin or FSCrawler project.
