# How to install logstash plugins Leef and syslog plugin

How to install logstash plugins Leef and syslog plugin

Tried using the commands :  
export http\_proxy=http://proxy.kohls.com:3128  
export https\_proxy=http://proxy.kohls.com:3128

bin/logstash-plugin install logstash-output-syslog  
But this is not working .  
Can we have any alternate method to install thos plugins on linux server

We need these plugins :
