# How to install x-pack on archlinux

any help would be much appreciated on installing x-pack on arch linux

I ended up downloading the tarred binary instead of using the versions in the archlinux repo.

That's what I would recommend too. We don't support the kibana package on the AUR and the kibana version there currently predates x-pack
