# How to plot timeseries in timelion only till current date

Hi,  
I see that timelion draws the line for the entire time range. How can i make it plot the line only till current date ?

@kiran_kumar_sukumar you can use the Timefilter to control the data that Timelion displays, you can open it up by clicking the button highlighted below:
