# How to provide authentication and authorization for kibana for free

I need to provide authentication and authorization for kibana.

1.Users must be able to see only dashboards  
2.Admin should have acess to dashboards,visualization,discover,all other features  
3.every one must have login credentials

Hey @PRUDHVI_CHOWDHARY_NE, the Security plugin for Kibana can currently satisfy requests **2** and **3** for you. We're actively working on [Feature Controls](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/20277) which will make **1** possible.

When installing the default distribution of Kibana and Elasticsearch, with a trial or gold+ license you get access to the security plugin.
