# How to pull the available fields in visualization

Hi Everyone,

we have some of Available fields on kibana (discover). For creating visualization i need those fields on visualization Y axis fields but i'm not able to accomplish this can anyone help me on this.

Can you provide some additional details or an example?

What version of Kibana are you using?

If you're on a 5.x version of Kibana, please also go to the Management \> Index Patterns, select your index pattern if it's not already selected, and search for the field you would like use on your Y axis and tell us what it shows there. Specifically, you probably need to see if it's aggregatable.

What is the source of your data and how are you loading it into Elasticsearch?
