# How to Remove the header of CSV files with Logstash?

Hello, I am asking if is there an option to remove the header row of the CSV files with logstash or any other undesired rows ?

I found in [your documentation](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/logstash/current/plugins-filters-csv.html#plugins-filters-csv-skip_header) another way just affect `skip_header` and `skip_empty_rows` to **true** in the filter plugin .
