Hello Everyone
I Just want to know is there any way to replace an elasticsearch node with a new node having same name and IP in case of node failure.
I have 3 dedicated master nodes and 3 Separate data nodes with repilcas set to 1

No, no issue, simply configure the replacement node with the desired name and IP address.

Means you are saying that if i had an issue with a node then i just remove that node from cluster and configure new node with same name and ip.
