# How to save logs, charts, and reports after Kibana is uninstalled

Hello, I have a problem.Kibana Docker uninstall, how to save chart data and report data, the next installation docker can be directly into the display?

Hi @li_li and welcome to the community!  
It sounds like you're asking about a way to back up your data if you need to stop your stack for whatever reason. For that, we use a [`snapshot` that can be restored](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/7.15/snapshot-restore.html#snapshot-restore) and will keep all your data as it was before the stack was stopped.  
You'll need to configure a [snapshot repository](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/snapshot-repositories.html#snapshot-repositories) and Kibana offers three repository types out of the box: shared file system, read-only URL, and source-only.
