# How to send PDF report from Kibana watcher in the email body instead as an attachment

Does anyone know how to post pdf reports generated in the email body instead of an attachment? Any help appreciated 🙂

Hello,

I think the most doable option would be to embed an image in the email body, for example a dashboard snapshot. We currently have an [open issue](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/49908) to implement this functionality. In the meantime, your best options are outlined [here](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/actions-email.html) in the docs.

Hello Aaron,

Thank you for your reply. I did go through the document but was looking for an option to input the post url captured from the dashboard as the values keep changing.

However, as a workaround for now, i am accessing the values from the payload JSON, and displaying it as an HTML Table. Many thanks for your help. Much Appreciated 🙂
