I'm ingesting a single CSV file in ES 8.4 using Kibana, but I found I hit the maximum size limit of 100k rows and had to split the file in two. I saw in the docs that you can set this file: `/etc/security/limits.conf` using the `fsize` setting to `unlimited`. However, that is for a LINUX/UNIX based OS.

Is there a similar setting or workaround for windows?
